Ryan Kirby
Ryan Kirby Mr. Kirby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder in August of 1996, and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in his native Birmingham, Alabama in 1999. After moving to St. Louis, Missouri in the fall of 2000, Mr. Kirby served as in-counsel to two St. Louis based corporations where he learned the inner-workings of complex business transactions. Mr. Kirby has a passion for helping small business owners who have sought to compete competitively in a fair market, but have found themselves injured or in litigation as the result of fraud and other unfair commercial transactions and business relationships. Since November of 2006, Mr. Kirby has been employed by The Law Offices of Al W. Johnson which similarly shares his passion for representing small business. Although Mr. Kirby specializes in business torts and commercial litigation, he is also experienced in handling consumer protection, civil rights, and personal injury cases.
